Who We Are
The idea for the Elegant Eats Food Truck was born when owner, Kristen Rounsley, found herself at a career crossroads and decided to make the transition from personal trainer and cook to entrepreneur. Wanting to fuse her passion for fitness and love for cooking Kristen decided that a healthy food truck was just what was needed.
Hitting the streets in October of 2014, the Elegant Eats Food Truck provides healthy everyday gourmet soups, salads and sandwiches to Long Island folks on the go. In todays day and age, people know they should be eating healthy but may not know exactly how to make those choices, or let's face it, sometimes life just gets in the way and it's too hard to plan healthy! That's where we come in! Our goal is to bring this great food to you so it takes the think work out of it. The hardest decision you'll have to make is what menu item to choose!
